Procedure in Case of a Damaged Product

Please follow the procedure below:

  • Contact your local dealer or fill out the form below directly.
  • Ship the product to a TABROS Bikes & Components Service Center or to our headquarters listed on this page for the necessary checks.
  • For wheels: before shipping the product, remove tires, cassette, and brake rotors.
  • Return shipping to the customer will be covered by TABROS Bikes & Components.
    The customer is responsible for shipping costs to TABROS Bikes & Components, as well as customs duties and import taxes in the case of shipments from abroad.
