ORDER MANAGEMENT

TABROS Bikes & Components confirms correct receipt of the order by sending a copy of the order to the email address provided by the customer during checkout.

This confirmation message will include all the data entered by the customer, who is required to verify its accuracy and promptly communicate any corrections, as well as the details of the ordered products.

In most cases, the quantities shown on www.tabros-bikes.com correspond to actual stock availability. However, in the event of simultaneous orders of the same item by multiple users, temporary unavailability may occur. In such cases, our staff will promptly contact the customer to propose one of the following alternatives:

  • An alternative product of equal quality at no additional cost;
  • Waiting for the item to be restocked, with communication of the expected delivery time;
  • A full refund of the order amount if the customer chooses to cancel the order.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders received by 11:00 AM (Monday to Friday) and paid via PayPal or credit card will be processed and handed over to the courier selected at checkout on the same day or the following business day.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 1–2 business days
  • Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia: 2–3 business days
  • International: 3–5 business days

 

TABROS Bikes & Components uses BRT or SDA for shipments within Italy.
International orders are shipped via BRT, UPS, or DHL.

Note: For some products, a delivery time longer than 5 days may be specified in the product description.

IN-STORE PICKUP

During checkout, customers may choose to collect their order directly from our warehouse:

ITALY

  • Orders under €79.99: flat shipping fee of €8.99
  • Orders over €79.99: free shipping

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is available for France and Germany at a flat rate of €11.99.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been handed over to the courier (BRT), you will receive a tracking code via email.

For further information, you may contact the courier branch selected during checkout directly.

Our staff remains fully available for any clarification.

DELIVERY DELAYS OR ISSUES

If the courier does not find anyone at the delivery address on the scheduled delivery day, a second delivery attempt will be made on the next business day. If delivery is unsuccessful again, a notice will be left in the mailbox and the parcel will be held at the nearest courier branch.

To avoid delivery issues, please ensure you provide a valid delivery address and mobile phone number, so the courier can contact you if needed.

If the package appears damaged or opened upon delivery, you must request delivery with reservation, indicating the reason for the reservation on the delivery note before signing.

You must then promptly notify us at info@tb-solutions.srl, indicating your order number and the extent of the damage.

In any case, under applicable law, the recipient has 8 days to file a written complaint with the local courier branch, which will provide instructions for handling the damage claim.

RETURNS

The right of withdrawal, governed by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005, allows the consumer to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, return the purchased product, and receive a refund.

This right may be exercised only by consumer customers, meaning natural persons purchasing goods for purposes not related to their professional activity and who do not provide a VAT number during checkout.

To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to TB Solutions s.r.l.

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused and undamaged
  • The original packaging, where present, must be intact
  • All original components must be included

 

For components such as seatposts, saddles, cranksets, or other mechanical parts, the items must not have been installed.

Shoes and all accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product and must not be damaged, altered, or used as the sole external packaging.

Within 14 working days from the delivery date, the consumer must submit a return request by email to info@tabros-bikes.com.

After TABROS Bikes & Components receives the withdrawal request, the consumer will coordinate with customer service via email or phone to confirm shipment details.

Returned goods must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and bears responsibility for the product during shipment.

Within 14 days of withdrawal acceptance, the customer must ship the product via courier or postal service.

Upon receipt, our staff will verify the integrity of the product and the presence of all original components.

The refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned goods, excluding any costs related to the payment method and shipping.

If the product is damaged during return shipping, TABROS Bikes & Components will notify the customer within five business days of receipt, allowing the customer to file a claim with the courier they selected.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If an order is shipped but not collected by the customer, the parcel will be returned to the sender after the established holding period. A refund will be issued for the products only, excluding shipping costs.
