Warranty

Manufacturing Warranty

All TABROS products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, when used under normal conditions and in accordance with the intended use.

What the warranty covers

  • Material defects
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Assembly defects attributable to the TABROS production process

 

Warranty exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear of components (bearings, spokes, nipples)
  • Damage caused by accidents, crashes, or impacts
  • Improper use or non-compliant maintenance
  • Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized service centers
  • Cosmetic damage that does not compromise safety or functionality

 

Accidental damage is not covered by the standard warranty and is handled through our dedicated Crash Replacement service.

 

How to submit a warranty claim

To request warranty service, the following is required:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice)
  • Product serial number
  • Clear photos showing the reported defect

 

The product can be taken to an authorized dealer or shipped to our service center for technical evaluation.

Crash replacement

Restoration service for accidental damage

We know that even the most experienced riders may experience accidental damage during use.

For this reason, TABROS offers a dedicated Crash Replacement service, designed to restore the wheel to its original condition, respecting the same tolerances and quality standards as a new product.

Cost

The service has a flat fee of €400, including wheel disassembly, supply of a new rim, and complete reassembly.

The service includes

The damaged rim is replaced with a new, original TABROS rim.

The original hub and spokes are recovered and reused, preserving the identity of the wheel.

All nipples are replaced with new components.

The wheel undergoes our dedicated stress-relieving process to ensure perfect truing and optimal performance, just like a new wheel.

The service does not include

  • Shipping of the wheel to the service center or dealer
  • Any transportation or insurance costs related to shipping

Crash Replacement service terms

The service is reserved for the original owner of the product.

  • It is available for the entire service life of the wheel
  • The €400 fee does not include shipping costs to the service center
  • The service applies exclusively to structural rim damage
